Leonard Trial Lawyers Obtains Dismissal of All Claims in Sexual Harassment Case Against Former Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson. In a lengthy written Opinion issued on March 20, 2024, United States District Court Judge Elaine Bucklo granted the summary judgment motion filed by Leonard Trial Lawyers on behalf of its client, Eddie Johnson. In dismissing all claims, the Court found that the parties engaged in what appeared to be a long-term consensual relationship.
