Obtained complete not guilty verdict in favor of client-Defendant after a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Kane County, Illinois (the Circuit Court of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit). The jury found in favor of the client-Defendant, NOT GUILTY, on all five of the charges brought against him by the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office, after an approximately one-week jury trial. The charges included three Class X counts (September 2023).

Represented a Chicago-area Doctor and his wife in civil action brought by the United States Attorneys’ Office for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act. Case tried before a jury with Chief Judge Pallmeyer presiding (April 2023).

Obtained not guilty verdict in favor of client-Defendant on State law attempted murder charge in the Circuit Court of Cook County (May 2023).

Obtained a not guilty jury verdict on behalf of the client-Defendant on all counts and charges in a Federal criminal prosecution brought by the United States Attorneys’ Office for the Northern District of Illinois. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the Defendant on each and every count (Jan. 16, 2023).

Tried to verdict a dispute over a former employee’s minority shareholder interest in her former employer’s Company in a bench trial in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois (Feb. 2, 2023), and obtained an award for the Plaintiff that was approximately nine times greater than the value the Company had claimed those shares were worth at the time of Plaintiff’s termination.
