Gerald has been called a ‘Gun toting thug’ and it would be the presence of a weapon during a motor vehicle accident that would see him hit with a felony murder charge. A charge that would get him a life sentence. Gerald says there’s one major issue with his case, he had no weapon. He claims the prosecution fabricated a weapon in order to be able to charge him with felony murder.”
